Information for beginners

Beginners are offered additional instructions and assistance, while for experienced meditators the day is an opportunity to refresh and deepen their practice. The retreats also serve as a time for us to connect with others who share an interest in wisdom, compassion and freedom.

Apart from the set times of communication, the retreats are normally held in silence. At the end of the day there is the opportunity to get to know each other over a cup of tea.
