London Insight Meditation periodically offers the opportunity to have an interview with a teacher. This is a wonderful chance to spend dedicated time with a teacher to talk about any topic of your choice and can be of great value for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

To book a half hour interview slot with Caroline, please email stating your mobile number, your preferred date and time slot with a second and third choice. If one of the slots is available you will then be sent a request for a secure online payment to confirm your booking - the charge is £10 which covers the cost of the room booking. There will be an opportunity to offer Dana to the teacher on the day.
