Communication forms a central part of our life experience. It reflects our wish to be seen and heard; and to see and hear others. Compassionate Communication brings awareness to the choices we make when we communicate and develops the possibility of communicating, and living, more consciously from a place of greater depth and love. This course provides an opportunity to consider what enables authentic, compassionate communication, and to practise the attitudes and skills involved.
The course must be booked as a group of six sessions.
