In this six-week course, we will be exploring the basic meditation practices and teachings associated with Vipassana / Insight meditation. The course will be suitable for beginners but also for those with experience who wish to consolidate their meditation practice and understanding of the foundational teachings of the Buddha.
Much of the value of such a course lies in the continuity and deepening over the 6 weeks, and so participants are strongly encouraged to come to all six sessions.
This course is being organised in collaboration with St Ethelburga’s Centre
Please book this course in advance.
If you have any questions about this course, please contact Chris Cullen on 0208 893 3875.
